Dandelion Arts Collective
I am one of the co-founders of Dandelion Arts Collective, an arts-in-health organization dedicated to increasing health equity and public health promotion through performing arts education. We believe that the performing arts can be used to foster health equity and social justice. We are a woman-owned, non-profit organization that uses theatre, movement, music, and many other performing arts modalities to promote mental health and well-being. Our mission is to create a platform for self-expression and to provide a safe space for communities to explore the human experience.
Naked Truth Theatre Arts
Naked Truth Theatre Arts is a division of Dandelion Arts Collective that specializes arts-based holistic sexuality education. Using performing arts methods in sexuality education, de-stigmatizes, de-mystifies, and provides practical tools for people of all ages to learn the essential information they need to make informed decisions about bodily autonomy and sexual health. Theatrical Direction and Intimacy Choreography
Past direction and choreography credits include: Hansel & Gretel, James and the Giant Peach, Jr., die Fledermaus, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Luisa Fernanda, Xanadu, Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Little Shop of Horrors, The Sound of Music, Le Nozze di Figaro, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Bye, Bye Birdie, and numerous musical reviews and original works, devised in community-based settings.
